Setting up your first Initiative

Wathaga has been designed to help you measure and evaluate First Nations Programs and Initiatives quickly, effectively and securely. By keeping all of the data and information in one location, being able to work collaboratively and then sharing securely with just the right people, you will find that Wathatag saves you time and money and ultimately helps you achieve better Measurement and Evaluation outcomes.

Wathaga is very flexible and can be used in many different ways. However, if you are new to wathaga, there can be a lot to take in, and it is sometimes a challenge to know where to start. The flow diagram below can help you understand how you might work with Wathaga.

This is just one example, though. You don't need to wait until you have a new Initiative or Program to measure, you can jump in partway through, and you start getting the benefits of Wathaga right away.
